I’m Monica, your partner in first-time leadership development. I bring a global perspective to the table, with Italian roots, Dutch heritage, and 12 years of life in Spain. My passion lies in action-centred learning and effective communication, and I thrive on inspiring change while nurturing growth through the art of natural storytelling.

With 17 years of experience in developing leadership and communication skills through working with leaders from around the globe, I’ve witnessed the remarkable impact of human-centred leadership.

Not only does it benefit individual employees, but it also contributes to the overall success and sustainability of the organisation.

As a catalyst for transformation, my mission is to empower individuals, teams, and emerging leaders with the tools they need to excel. Legacy isn’t about grand gestures but about the small, impactful moments. It’s about how people describe us when we’re not in the room.
