Hi, I’m Monica, and I’m all about making workplaces more human — one courageous conversation at a time.

In today’s digital world, it’s easy to get caught up in the endless cycle of work, work, work. But we’re not robots, and the best work happens when we remember that. My mission? To help you lead and communicate like the human you are, with all the complexity, emotion, and potential that entails.

I bring a wealth of experience from diverse industries —pharmaceuticals, FMCG, banking — and use it to help you see things from a fresh perspective. My approach? Fun, collaborative, and focused on real, tangible results.

As a communication skills coach, I’m passionate about inspiring change and fostering growth. Whether you’re navigating a tough conversation, leading a team, or just trying to make your voice heard, I’m here to guide you.

I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations — whether you’re in a classroom, hospital, or boardroom — to develop the communication skills needed to lead with authenticity and empathy.

Beyond one-on-one coaching, I also design and facilitate leadership retreats and company off-sites that get people thinking and talking. Think of them as the perfect mix of deep reflection, good fun, and a call to action — a chance to grow, connect, and leave feeling inspired.
